YS9203 is a high-performance PCIe Gen3x4 SSD controller for enterprise and consumer grades. Thanks to hardware and firmware optimizations, this controller will take full advantage of NWMe 1.3's performance. YS9203 provides 4 Lanes and 8 NAND Flash channels to support 3D MLC/TLC/QLC NAND. The use of 2K code-length LDPC and End-to-End data protection provides comprehensive data protection and enhances the persistence and retention of 3D NAND.
